Speaker Terms & Conditions

• Speakers must deliver sessions in line with the approved theme, brief, and schedule.
• All presentation content must be professional, accurate, original, and suitable for a business and policy-focused audience.
• Content must not infringe intellectual property rights or contain unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate material.
• Speakers retain ownership of their content but grant the Organiser the right to record, publish, and use session materials for event and promotional purposes.
• Unless specifically agreed in writing, speakers are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and logistics.
• Acceptance of speaker proposals is subject to availability and the Organiser’s discretion.
• The Organiser will promote the Conference but does not guarantee delegate attendance or session turnout.
• The programme may be modified due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
• The Organiser shall not be liable for costs or losses incurred by speakers in connection with participation.

Submission of a proposal or confirmation of participation indicates acceptance of these terms.
